It began with Ankitha Kirana Nath, a curly-haired girl who was an architect by profession but a chef by soul. For years, she designed buildings and spaces, but her true passion lay in designing something far more intimate, the experience of a meal.
Cooking was her love language. It was how she expressed care. Every time she cooked for friends or colleagues, the room would go quiet, followed by a smile and a familiar phrase: “This feels like home.”

That simple reaction sparked a realization. In a world full of mass-produced, shelf-stable products, people were starving for something else. They were craving warmth. They were craving the comfort of a mother’s kitchen.
Why We Exist

We noticed a silent struggle. Students, professionals living in hostels, and busy families often compromise on what they eat. They trade health for convenience, often settling for food that tastes "manufactured."
Ankuraa exists to end that compromise.
We believe that distance should not cost you the taste of home. Our mission is to bottle that specific feeling of nostalgia and comfort, ensuring that no matter where you are, a wholesome, mother-style meal is just minutes away.

1. Rooted in Soil Great food cannot be made from poor ingredients. We source 90% of our produce directly from farmers in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, including harvest from our own family farms. We know exactly where your turmeric, chillies, and grains come from.
2. Zero Compromise We have a strict "No Nasties" policy.
