1. Freshness Guarantee & Processing At Ankuraa Foods, every product is crafted in small batches to ensure true home-style quality.

Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them to maintain peak freshness.

Packaging: We use secure, hygiene-grade packaging designed to keep our farm-fresh ingredients and products safe during transit.

2. Delivery Partner & Coverage We have partnered with Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics aggregator, to ensure reliable delivery across the country.

Logistics: Your order will be handled by top-tier courier partners assigned via Shiprocket based on your location.

Serviceability: We ship to most pin codes across India. If your area is unserviceable, we will notify you immediately and process a refund.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once dispatched from our Bengaluru facility, delivery times depend on your location:

Bengaluru & Karnataka: 2–3 working days.

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days.

Rest of India: 5–7 working days. (Note: Timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays.)

4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. 

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this link to track your package in real time through Shiprocket.

6. Damaged or Delayed Orders While we take every precaution, if your package arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
