Directions to Use:
Classic Dip: Take a spoonful of Podi, make a well in the center, and pour in Gingelly Oil or melted Ghee. Mix well and dip your hot Idli or Dosa.
Podi Dosa/Idli: Sprinkle the powder generously over a dosa while it cooks, or toss bite-sized idlis in a mix of podi and ghee for a quick snack.
