We’ve perfected the texture by blending this hearty grain with protein-rich Urad Dal and a hint of Flattened Rice (Poha), ensuring your dosas come out beautifully golden and crisp every time.

Directions to Use:

  1. Mix: Take the required quantity of mix in a bowl. Add water (and a spoonful of curd if desired) to make a smooth, pouring-consistency batter.

  2. Rest: Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the coarse red rice grains to soften.

  3. Pour: Heat a tawa or cast-iron griddle. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it into a thin circle.

  4. Cook: Drizzle a teaspoon of oil or ghee around the edges. Cook until the bottom turns a rich reddish-brown and crispy.
