Directions to Use:
Prepare Rice: Cook rice (ensuring grains remain separate) and spread it on a wide plate to cool slightly.
The Base: Add your souring agent (thick tamarind pulp or lemon juice) and a generous amount of oil (sesame or groundnut oil works best) to the rice.
The Flavor: Add the Ankuraa Special Pulihora Mix to the rice. Note: Adjust quantity based on your spice preference.
Mix & Serve: Gently mix everything together until evenly coated. Let it sit for 30 minutes for the flavors to absorb fully before serving.
