Directions to Use:
Boil: Heat 2.5 measures of water for every 1 measure of Ragi Upma Mix.
Cook: Once the water comes to a rolling boil, lower the flame and add the mix gradually while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
Simmer: Cover and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes until the water is fully absorbed.
Serve: Chef’s Tip: Drizzle a spoon of ghee and garnish with fresh coriander before serving hot.
