      2. Cook: Once the water comes to a rolling boil, lower the flame and add the mix gradually while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

      3. Simmer: Cover and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes until the water is fully absorbed.

      4. Serve: Chef’s Tip: Drizzle a spoon of ghee and garnish with fresh coriander before serving hot.
